Spanking Contest And A Question — 4 Comments

  1. I think it was your favorite flogger, getting applied a little harder than you’re used to. Lots of little welty spots all healing at once like little bug bites.

  2. What???? 😮

No, no, no, I don’t think it was the flogger at all! I love my flogger. 😀

  3. I suspect you have a little bruising – maybe not obvious “blues” but some broken capillaries. What happens is your body has an reaction to the blood cells that “leaked” into the skin and connective tissue. The breakdown of these cells creates products that set off an immune reaction with accompanying inflammation. This causes the itch – similar to the itch of varicose veins, or Schamberg’s complex. Since this is not serious you could just live with it until it fades. Or rub it gently, or have it rubbed for you to speed up the breakdown and dispersal of the bruise. With all that additional sensation you won’t notice the original itch though another itch may soon need attention… Since it is an immune/inflammatory reaction standard over the counter allergy (antihisamine) and or anti-inflammatory (ibprofen) medicines may help – just stick to the stated doses and keep in mind the normal side effects.

  4. Peter, I think it was some bruising and some little scratchy places where the tiger tail crop got me. It took a few days for it to calm down but it’s fine now! Thanks!

Timory, we’re suspicious of the rubber paddle, too. I don’t think I’m allergic to it, but I think the way it stretches a little on impact and then pulls back across the skin might have done something. I don’t know but Dan is more than willing to try it out again just to see. 😮
